The Company recognises that for our paid staff or volunteers, to be effective in their roles, they must be fully equipped in terms of information, skills and knowledge. In order to do this, the Company is fully committed to providing training for all our staff.
All our staff and volunteers receive a thorough Induction Programme when they start with us.
Staff in the residential care field are offered the complete LDQ qualification, NVQ 2, 3, 4, RMA, A1 Assessor and all mandatory training i.e Health and Safety, Basic Food Hygiene, First Aid etc.
